1. No Return / No Exchange / No Replacement

Once an order is confirmed and delivered, no return, exchange, or replacement requests will be accepted.
2. Refund Policy – Duplicate Transactions Only
Refunds are strictly applicable only in cases of duplicate transactions, where the customer has been charged more than once for the same order.

The duplicate payment must be for the same order
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction
